its about a kid

who had open heart surgery

and so now he has to carry it around in a backpack

and he saftey pins it in so it doesnt move

and hes kind of ugly

so people look at him funny

and it makes him feel bad about himself

and....he lives alone, cuz hes 21

and can do that

and so hes a swimmer so he holds his breath

and so while he was swimming

he broke his leg

so he has to crawl

but when he has to go grocery shopping hes crawling around

and people throw rocks at him

cuz hes retarded for crawling on the ground

so thats why he crawls like a worm

from birds who throw rocks

so hes out of his mind

because everyone knows you cant carry grocery bags if you have a broken leg and are crawling
and he has to sleep on the sidewalk cuz it takes forever to crawl to the grocery store

and so when its a new day, hes all like, WHOA ITS MORNING and hes all delusional

and hes still out of his mind

because everyone knows he'll never reach the shelf with the tastey cakes if he cant stand on his broken leg

so eventually hes like, dammit

so he turns around to crawl home

and people this time

are dressed up in giant chicken suits

and hes deathly afraid of chickens

so he crawls away

okay this next part is a little graphic and rated M for mature

so, he hasnt had sex in a long time

and has a broken leg

so hes crawling around on the ground

and all of a sudden

nature calls

and he cant believe that it grows

and he keeps crawling, because he doesnt want any birds to eat his worm

because hes gonna scrape up his penis crawling around with that erection

so he finally gets home

and he crawls through the dog door

even though he does have a dog cuz it ran away cuz he was ugly

so he crawls into the dog door

terrified of whats inside, meaning his pants, because he just crawled around with an erection id be scared to see whats inside my pants after doing that too

so to save his life, he crawls to the kitchen, and opens the fridge, and eats some eggs

cuz they come from birds

so hes all alone

in the kitchen

with some eggs

and a deformed penis

and now he has to crawls to the bathroom

cuz he has to poop

and thats where they leave it.
